Mother's Day Workshop Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Can I make something else other than a stacker ring?

Yes, you can, but as its only 3 hours in the workshop its needs to be similarly less complex to make, such as an embossed and stamped pendant or a pair of earrings in your choice of material – Sterling Silver, Brass or Copper. Just add a note to your order letting me know in advance that “Stacker Rings” are not your thing.

Q2. Will we have full access to the workshop?

For the 3 hours you are here, yes you will. You will be guided on how to use each tool properly, tool safety, how to measure, saw, emboss, solder etc. You will get a fact sheet on Workshop Safety before your Workshop, such things as tying your hair back, wearing closed toe shoes, best clothing to wear etc will be outlined. We also provide safety glasses, ear protection and a work apron to use during the workshop.

Q3. What if I need to cancel?

For this experience, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Up to 7 days before the Mother’s Day Workshop, then full refund minus credit card booking fees applies.

Up to the day of the Workshop you have booked, a full Credit for the Mother’s Day Workshop for another Friday or Saturday, date dependant on availability at Tall Trees Studio.

Q4. What if Tall Trees Studio cancels the experience?

Should Tall Trees Studio, due to unforeseen circumstance cancels your Mother’s Day Workshop, then you may either have a full refund back or a credit towards another workshop. This will be at your discretion.

Q5. Do I need to be fully abled to attend this workshop?

Currently we are not set up for people with major disabilities requiring aids for mobility, also our toilet access is down a flight of stairs. If you are unsure if this class is suited to you, then do contact us to have a chat.
