Mookaite is an Australian Jasper that comes from Mooka Creek in WA, The colours for Mookaite (Moo -kite) range from a Deep Red Burgundy to Deep Plummy Purple through to a tonal Ochre, down to a true Dijon Mustard Yellow, then a clotted cream colour.
As its a fairly new stone on the scene, not everyone is aware of it, though if you are into crystals Mookaite is thought to promotes strength, vitality, courage and physical healing
