Over a course of 6 week course, Helene will take you through the basics skills that you need to start you journey as a "Babysmith", each session is a 3 hour block, with each week building on the previous weeks learnings culminating in creating end piece/s of jewellery, distinctly hand crafted by you.

Saturday  17th May.  9am - 12noon - Week 4 - Embossing and forming
Saturday  24th May  9am - 12noon - Week 5 - Finishing & Finishes
Saturday. 31st May. Â 9am - 12noon - Week 6 - Your Final pieceÂ
Each week will come with class notes, discussion on different processes that can be incorporated and learnings or questions from the previous week.
This workshop is strictly limited to 4 participants only.Â
Workshops will commence Saturday 26th April and will start at 9am and run to 12noon.
After registering for this Workshop series you will be sent a tool kit list and suggested suppliers to source these items. Hand tools specific to a week will be noted, so you can spread your purchases over a few weeks.
You will be provided brass & copper to do your examples (marquettes) and soldering consumables, but Sterling Silver and saw blades will be at your cost. Wait until you get to class before purchasing any Silver.
You will have access to all the bigger tools in my workshop after you have had instruction on usage and safety.
Each week is $100.00 OR $600.00 for the full 6 weeks.
