Collection: Sarah Kellett

Sarah Kellett is a second-generation Goldsmith and Jeweller who learnt traditional hand making skills as an apprentice from her father Graeme Kellett. Sarah is a Fellow of The Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia with a Bachelor of Education in Visual Arts from Melbourne University and has taught jewellery at North Melbourne Institute of Technology in both Diploma and Advanced Diploma Jewellery programs and is currently teaching metal work at Secondary School in Melbourne’s South – Eastern suburbs, in addition to completing Commissions, when not teaching. Prior to becoming a professional Jeweller. Sarah studied various other creative disciplines including textiles and printmaking.

 Sarah enjoys the hands-on artistry and intricate nature of making miniature wearable sculptures and draws her inspiration from creative crafts, patterns, and materials to create unique and timeless pieces of jewellery. This can be easily seen in in her Paisley Ring, and her use of fine metals married with beautiful precious stones.
